SUMMARY:Chair Yoga - Valcartier
DESCRIPTION:VEQ in partnership the Municipality of Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier will be hosting chair yoga classes in the Northern Perimeter.  Running every Thursday from September 18th to December 18th\, the classes will be held from 9:30 to 10:30am.  A chair yoga session compliments a guided meditation during this 50 minute long class.  Equipment is provided but participants are asked to bring their own mats if they have them. Registration is required by contacting David Zhu at david.zhu@veq.ca or by calling 418-683-2366 x 228.
