Newcomers Outing to Village Vacances Valcartier

***Given that this event will be subsidized, only participants who moved to the Greater Québec city region in the past 5 years are eligible for this activity. ***

The bus is FREE and leaves at 9:15 am from Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 chemin Sainte-Foy).

The return to Québec City is scheduled at 4:30 PM (from Village Vacances Valcartier).

We will have a second pick-up location in Shannon at 9:30 am at the Centre de la Famille de Valcartier (Edifice 93 C.P. 1000, Succursale Forces, Courcelette, QC G0A 4Z0) *AS NEEDED

***LIMITED SPACING FOR THIS EVENT***

Please be aware that the only storage available at the venue is at a cost of $10 (and $10 deposit), cash only; and it is not provided by VEQ.

Snacks and lunches are not provided by VEq but you are allowed  to bring your own, or you can purchase on-site (there are several restaurants). Your personal items can be left unattended in the designated areas at the owner’s risk. VEQ will not be responsible for any stolen/lost property.
