A workshop for 4 year olds and their parents
Kindergarten entry is an exciting moment in family life. There are many things you can do as a family that will help your child get off to a good start at school. Join Psycho-Educator Julie Fraser and other English-speaking families for an interactive workshop designed to help your child develop skills needed to succeed at school. Discover how you can better support your child the year prior to starting school!
Date: Thursday evening, October 24, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Cost: FREE, but spaces are limited
Room: Multipurpose room 1135 in the Jeffery Hale Pavilion
5:50 to 6 pm Meet & greet with parents and children
6 to 7 pm Fun and games for children supervised by caring volunteers while parents attend a conference entitled Keys to Success at School
7 – 8 pm Parents and children reunite for a special Get Ready for Kindergarten activity
Parking is free in Jeffery Hale Hospital parking lot, we’ll give you a voucher to exit the lot at no charge
