ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operation of cash register, point of sale system and other related tasks;
  • Production of quarterly reports, daily receipts and other administrative reports;
  • Receipt and verification of orders and invoices;
  • Management and control of inventory and ordering;
  • Compliance with food standards and guidlines;
  • Management of volunteer schedules
  • Ensure cleanliness of café and maintenance of equipment

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • College diploma in management or 1-2 years of similar experience
  • French language essential; English is considered an asset
  • Use of personal vehicle may be required (km reimbursed for work-related trips)
  • Ability to manage priorities;
  • Great sense of organization;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Efficiency and courtesy

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Five days, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
After 6 month waiting period, the employee will have access to a range of benefits including group insurance and pension fund;
Hourly rate between $15.50-$18 per hour
