The Inside Sales Representative position consists of contacting targeted established clientele in order to identify opportunities, book appointments for Sales Reps, then work the relationship with the customer until the deal is closed. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker who can also manage in French and has had direct experience and a successful track record with commercial and/or industrial representation by phone and holds excellent references. A professional attitude and strong verbal communication skills are required.
Applicants who are familiar with computer technology, especially with a CRM, and have worked within the B-to-B (customer service, lead qualification, telesales or appointment booking) industry are preferred.
We offer base salary of 23$ or higher (depending on experience) and paid training.
Work is done at home, daytime weekdays work schedule, no weekends required.
Number of hours per week: 15-30. Possibility of advancement.
