The Continuing Education Department of Champlain Regional College (St. Lawrence Campus) requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of OUTILS ET SYSTÈMES DE GESTION EN BUREAUTIQUE (412-Y99-SF).
The student will learn to master his main working tool: the computer. Optimization of the operating system, file management , computer security, web searches, preparation and distribution of electronic presentations. It will also discuss the principles of document management, both for traditional documents and computerized records.
This course is taught in French.
This teaching workload is available subject to having a sufficient student enrollment.
Required Qualifications :
Must have a undergraduate degree in a related field to the course being taught.
Must have teaching experience in Office Systems, Administration or other related field.
Must be proficient in French, oral and written.
Must be proficient with the Office Suite software.
Demonstrated knowledge of the tasks and requirements associated with the position of an Administrative Assistant.
Required Tests :
Candidates will be required to pass language tests (English and French) as well as computer skills in Excel and Word.
