YOUR ROLE:

ENHANCE PATIENT CARE

Myca is looking for four Customer Call Agents for the Wellbox solution team who will be responsible for contacting our external customers by phone to provide information regarding our Chronic Care Management program.

  • Make outbound telephone calls, leave voicemails and follow up with patients who qualify for our Chronic Care Management program.
  • Respond to customer requests and questions regarding the service, our products, and any account information.
  • Manage documentation in the database.
  • Collaborate closely with the Wellbox team, located in Canada and USA.
  • Focus on enhancing the level of patient care, and overall customer experience.

 

ARE YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE?

FLUENT ENGLISH

  • Advanced level of fluency in English.
  • Strong English written skills.
  • Ability to enhance Customer Service experience through proper client care and efficient delivery.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy, including Outlook, Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of French is NOT a requirement.
