Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide merchants with pertinent information regarding general and tactical firearms inquiries
  • Support B2B platform
  • Answer questions and feed internet forums about new products
  • Provide technical assistance on the phone
  • Data entry in computer program (SAP)
  • Attend specific trade shows across Canada
  • Seek new business partners and opportunities
  • Stay up to date about our industry trends, new products and competitions and ensure our company is aware about these
  • Keep and maintain existing business relationships
  • Follow up on orders with brand managers and suppliers


Required Skills:

  • In depth tactical firearms knowledge
  • Professional , dynamic and outgoing
  • Unilingual English or Fully bilingual – oral & written (French and English)
  • Well-organized
  • Comfortable in various roles/positions
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Valid PAL, passport and driving license
  • Nocriminal record

Working Hours

Monday to Friday; 40 hours/week; business hours.

Could require travelling within Canada and USA from time to time.
